Simon Raine has personally visited over 200 stately homes and castles of which the majority are here in the East Midlands.
Since 1992 Fables Events have organised major events, family days and shows at Catton Hall, Thrumpton Hall, Grimsthorpe Castle and Holdenby House with over 200,000 people attending.

Simon Raine has advised and worked with Thrumpton Estate since 1996. His events have proved great fun and very popular. Simon continues to organise shows and corporate events on the Thrumpton Estate, and we continue to appreciate his enthusiasm, enterprise and imagination, as well as the high level of competence which he brings to the running of large events. We recommend him warmly.

Other famous locations where Simon has held events / guided tours include Chillingham Castle, Dover Castle, Walworth Castle, Leeds Castle, Berkely Castle, Traquair House, Bodium Castle, Blarney Castle and Caldicot Castle.

Over 30 couples will bear testimony to Simon's skill and dedication in delivering their perfect day. Each one special and as such always a great privilege to be chosen to organise their special day.

"Tony, Claire, David and I would like to thank you most sincerely for all your help in making our wedding just perfect. The band and the caterer both mentioned to me, as well, that you were extremely helpful and courteous in all the arrangements. It has been a pleasure to work with you and I would be happy to recommend you at any time."

For over 20 years Simon has also organised lots of company and individuals summer parties in country estates and their own gardens. These include one for Kenneth Clarke M.P.

"Sincere thanks for organising our staff summer party. The professional and efficient manner in which the whole event was arranged was highly impressive. I have also been asked to pass on the personal thanks and congratulations from our Chairman Mr. Roger Hursthouse."
Pannell, Kerr Forster (1989)
